Seldom we find people who can proudly say: "We enjoy our work!!" Such a simple statement, but it’s a rare phenomena in today's world. Right from the time of education to the time we join companies after our college life we follow a herd, we follow a trend and in most of the cases we land up in environments which are good in short term but do not satiate our long term goals.  As we say in the glittering corporate world: "It’s a rat race out there!!" Well, views of people are out of phase with this statement.​

At Elixir Education, we have attached ourselves to a noble cause, a purpose to change the way education has been perceived and delivered. Each one of us is passionate about what we do, and love each other's company while doing it. Whatever the targets are, they are just for the papers, we believe in enjoying the voyage, the journey together, destination being just a consequence of it.​

Elixir Education started as a small organization a few years ago with a purpose of glamorizing the profession of teaching and attracting the most talented people towards education. Over the years,  we have been joined by people who have left their stereotypical corporate jobs to search for a purpose in life. We, together, have built a team whose foundation is in the faith that we share, the good that we stand for and the journey that we have embarked on.  Our Teachers proudly say: "We are Teachers by choice…!!!" The word Teacher extends to every team member of Elixir Education as we together facilitate the right kind of education to our kids, be it our Teaching Team or the Non-Teaching Team.  As an organization, we have a simple HR philosophy: "Team first!!!" If our Team is happy and content, only then we would be able to enjoy our work and guide our kids to success.​

       We have developed a very strong work ethic over a period of time. We aim for perfection in whatever we do, no two ways about it. We have developed a culture which facilitates this. Our work place is like our home and people generally say that when they wake up in the morning, they feel attracted towards Elixir Education, now, that is some statement. We work together, party together, play together….we live a life with a purpose together!!!​

The above factors infuse a feeling of ownership in everyone at Elixir Education. Yes, the systems and processes are important, but generally we don’t have to tell anyone what to do. Be it a teacher or an executive or an office boy, everyone thinks and innovates in their own capacity and in doing so, carve a niche for themselves.​

Lastly…we care for each other, and that matters to us the most!!
