His History
Vikram says
We were mocked, sort of shooed away. The challenge was to first get the gathering, which we eventually did, and then, to leave an impact on those young innocent souls. We spoke our heart, motivated them, showed them the bigger picture of the things to come, and made them believe in themselves. What followed was truly heartening; there were kids crying, flocking us, wanting to talk to us, some even came to take our autograph. That was the most challenging day in our lives, as it marked the start of our venture and gave us the belief in ourselves that we have it in us to create a system which can do wonders to the educational scenario. Above all, it made us realize what we loved most to do, igniting minds.

A true philanthropist at heart, he is the person who is looked up to as the most caring and loving persons at Elixir and otherwise. His love towards children makes him the sweetheart of all the students. His humane touch has been one of the most important assets of elixir as in education industry it lends a very balanced approach to our business. He was also the chairman of the students magazine in the IIT, and organised high profile events like AIDS workshop as a part of Youth fest at IIT.
Vinay says
The unrelenting focus on quality of service which is taken care of by the fundamental question which we ask before doing anything, ‘Will doing this benefit our kids/students‘, forms the basis of value structure at Elixir. Although, we get tempted by the quick fixes at times, there is always some of us who remind us of the values we stand firm with. It‘s great to hear youngsters in the team imbibe the values we envisioned and pass it on to the team as it grows. With time, we realized it‘s our value of being ethically and morally correct to our customers and delivering them best of the education, is what keeps our team positive and passionate every day. The two of our youngest team members, are the torch bearers of the values and culture; we are so proud of at Elixir.

He chose a path which was different from his peer group. One of the most active persons in Elixir, Tushar is known for his work ethics and his understanding of culture and philosophy of Elixir. At such a young age he takes care of entire business development activities of Elixir and has many business initiatives to his credit. One of the most dependable persons when it comes to work which is critical for the growth of the organisation, Tushar has really come a long way since his joining.
Tushar says
In my perspective, the growth is of three kinds - quantitative growth, qualitative growth and intellectual growth. For any company to succeed and have a holistic business development it needs to have all the three kinds of growth in the right amount and in the right order. If I talk of present, I see us growing intellectually by interacting and experimenting with learning behaviour of students, spending time with educationists, increasing our awareness about the industry and studying it in depth so that in the second phase we can take a conscious and an aware decision to grow qualitatively. While doing so, we want to glamorize the education industry, which since long has been the last choice as a career option.
